This course starts off with Prince2 training which gives you a complete knowledge of project management. Later we take you through each module of the course which helps in running a successful project. These modules are the key functions of portfolio, program and project office change and transformation. Focus is not on a single project instead it covers monitoring and control of all current projects and programs and also new initiatives in the pipeline.

It’s not about teaching project management instead it’s about how you as a project manager will run the project end to end. We train you to set up PMOs from scratch and maintain portfolios, programs and projects with a standardised approach.

Our one year practical training is the most unique concept which transforms you completely once qualified. Every aspect of the course is designed as if you are running live projects and will make you feel as taking full ownership and responsibility of your project.
